Search options

• A "Latest announcements" Announcements published on the last day of publication can be listed, the most recent announcements are at the beginning of the list.
• A "Previous announcements" We show the issue numbers for each year and content unit, by clicking on which the related announcements can be listed.
• A "Search" Search data can be entered for the following search criteria:
  • When searching by company data, company name or company registration number
  • When searching by publication time, the place of publication and the time of publication
  • When searching by content, the place of publication, the chapter that can be selected within it, and the announcement date

Downloadable data formats

The published announcements may have changed during the operational period of the online Cégközlöny based on the procedures applied based on the legislation, so the announcements can be downloaded in different formats in different periods and in each content unit. You may encounter the following file formats:

• PDF: Today, most browsers can display it directly, after downloading, there are many display programs available to open the announcements. For example, we recommend the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. PDF announcements published in Economic Affairs have a digital signature.
• e-szigno: Hungarian-developed electronic dossier format, which contains communications authenticated with a digital signature. After downloading, the downloaded .es3 files can be opened with e-Szigno using a dedicated application. The program is free for reading documents.

Please note that the publication format is not optional, an announcement is always available in the format in which it was published.

How to download announcements?

Announcements can only be downloaded from the announcement page. A verification code must be entered before downloading, the announcements will only become available after entering the correct code. Mass downloading of announcements is not supported by the online Cégközlöny, in the event of such a request, contact our publisher using the contact information published on the website.

We provide the option to download as a file and, in the case of PDF format, to display in the browser. However, the behavior of individual browsers may differ.

Update order of Cégközlöny announcements

The announcements appearing on the online Cégközlöny interface are published as follows: (The publication times are determined by the legal environment applicable to the particular case.)

• Economic case: The publication of the notices published here is subject to a time, which is given in the form of hours: minutes: seconds within the day of publication.
• Company court case: Publication of notices is continuous. Notices received before 12:00 on working days will be published the following day at 0:00. Announcements received after 12:00 p.m. will be published on the next publication day.
• Individual announcements of companies:They are published on Thursdays (in the case of public holidays, on the next working day) during the day until 12:00.
